Can I get a 2 or 3 page website?

Not on this website. Our system is designed simply for all-in-one single page sites. If you want to get a multiple page designer website, visit Marketing Now.

Are there any contract periods?

No. You can quit anytime. Just send us an email.

Why is it only $55 to set up? Isn't that too cheap?

Well maybe you could call us crazy, however we've developed a clever templated system that looks clean and offers some variety. We can set up new pages quickly. We do not do any custom design on these webpages. We do not edit your written copy, so if you send us information with spelling mistakes, that's what gets uploaded. So please check your info carefully. Any changes to reload information (text, images, audio etc), are $35 per session. We can do multiple updates per session (limited to 15 minutes). After that we charge an hourly rate.

How do I pay for changes?

Paypal, EFT or credit card.

What's the deal with the FREE ADVERTISING?

With a purchase of our webpage monthly subscriptions, you get a free Standard Plus listing on Entertainment Directory - Australia's Ultimate Entertainment Directory. Current Standard Plus listings are $77 (inc GST) per year. This is what you receive for a 5MB QUICK START PLAN. With the 10MB MEDIA PLAN you get a Standard Plus listing as well as 2 additional categories valued at $33 each. Total advertising value for MEDIA PLUS is $143 (incl GST) ABSOLUTELY FREE!

If I quit my webpage monthly subscription, does my free advertising end too?

Yes. Your Standard Plus listing on the Entertainment Now Directory is FREE as long as you continue to host your webpage with us.

If I have more than one service or business, can I get a webpage for each?

Yes. Just register each order separately.

Can I change my own content by myself?

No. Our webpages are the only alternative to many band website systems on the web that is NOT Do-It-Yourself. DIY means you need to spend your valuable time understanding how a content management system (CMS) works. Our experience tells us that many people, for one reason or another, procastinate or get fed up trying to learn these systems. Most CMS's have many limitations anyway and you may need more than just basic 'web development' knowledge to get a satisfactory result . That's why we've developed our system.

Can I order a customised template for my webpage?

Although, we don't advertise this, the answer is YES. We'll charge you an hourly rate and complete design work based on your brief. Send us an email with your ideas.

What is the "Media Maximiser" service we offer?

Basically this service includes compression and file size reduction of images and audio so it's suitable for the web. Most digital cameras will output an image with a file size of anywhere from 1MB - 3MB. This image quality is absolutely not required for the web, nor is it desirable for your clients to be waiting 30-60 secs for a photo to download. We can reduce file sizes of audio files as well. Depending on which of our plans you choose, you'll 'get more bang for your buck' by reducing more files to store with your 5MB or 10MB plan.

Is there a limit on email attachment files sizes?

Please try to keep email attachments you send to us under 5MB per email. If you have large audio files (wav files are generally the largest) or just an audio CD, you should mail the CD to us. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS! We will not return any media unless you send us a self-addressed, padded envelope with correct postage stamps affixed.
